SIP-built micro-villages for seniors and first-time buyers.
Mock designs built with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). Each model sits on the same standard platform. Breaking ground spring 2026 in the Pikes Peak region — and the proceeds help support our mission.
Model Designs
Same platform. Same SIP shell. Different homes.
These are mock designs of the SIP-built models that will sit on our standard platform. One platform, multiple floor plans — that's how we keep cost down without sacrificing quality or character.

The Cabin
Warm-wood single-level cottage. Senior-friendly layout with a covered front porch — ideal for downsizing or first-time buyers.

The Modern
Two-story modern model with open living and a private upper deck. Same SIP shell, same platform — different lifestyle.
Renderings shown — final finishes and configurations may vary.

Why SIPs
The construction method that makes affordability real.
Structural Insulated Panels are an OSB-and-foam sandwich engineered for strength and an R-40+ insulation envelope. They go up fast, waste less, and perform better than stick-built walls for decades.
- Cuts labor time significantly
- Pre-fabricated panels arrive ready to assemble. Crews finish the shell in a fraction of stick-built time.
- Why most builders skip them
- Commercial builders rely on labor markups for profit. SIPs shrink that margin — so they avoid them.
- How that helps you
- We pass the labor savings on. Combined with our subsidization, that's how these homes stay affordable.
Spring 2026
We break ground in the Pikes Peak region.
Our Vision
Affordable homes for seniors and first-time buyers.
Silver Seniors is acquiring our first land development to tackle the housing crisis head-on. We're designing self-contained micro-villages — some of the most structurally sound and energy-efficient homes available, powered by solar and rainwater collection.
Each village will have a signature 6-hole golf course, clubhouse, rec center, and on-site micro-stores that cover most daily living essentials — so neighbors can live well without leaving the village. The mission begins in Colorado Springs, with proxy villages sprinkled across the entire state.
The Heartbeat of Our Housing Mission
Rebuilding Colorado — and our country — from the inside out.
It's time to rebuild Colorado — and our country — from the inside out. Not with greed, not with bulldozers, and not with cookie-cutter developments. We're building senior-powered micro-communities that honor the land, reduce overhead, avoid heavy county restrictions, and create the most environmentally friendly village models in Colorado.
We are not The Villages of Florida. We are a new kind of community — built on service, sustainability, and dignity. Seniors working. Seniors thriving. Seniors rebuilding the places we call home.
When every service, trade, and retail experience lives under the Silver Seniors umbrella, we can offer better prices, better care, and a better way of life. People will drive out to shop, work, and gather because it feels like America again. With Pike's Peak watching over us, this is our chance to rebuild our country based on service, not greed — a place where seniors lead the way and the land remains sacred.
