Nonprofit Disclosure
How Silver Seniors is structured, and how your donations are used.
We are not a registered nonprofit.
Silver Seniors Community Workforce & Outreach Services is not a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations made to the Silver Seniors Outreach Fund are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions.
"We don't operate as a nonprofit because our outreach brings business to our professional divisions, which are for-profit. The outreach exists to support the community, but it also connects people to services provided by our professionals. Because of that, we keep everything under one umbrella instead of forming a separate nonprofit."
How donations are used
All donations made through the Silver Seniors Outreach Fund are voluntary, non-refundable, and used solely to support mission-aligned outreach activities, including:
- Senior assistance programs — dental, vision, hearing, wellness, and essential support.
- Family and community support — emergency help, hardship relief, and quality-of-life initiatives.
- Outreach and public events, fundraisers, and awareness programs.
- Workforce development and training for 50+ and under-50 workers.
- Community improvement projects — beautification, accessibility, mission-aligned enhancements.
- Operational support tied directly to outreach activities.
- Emergency response assistance for individuals or communities facing hardship.
No refunds; no tax receipt
Because Silver Seniors is not a tax-exempt charity, we do not issue tax-deductible donation receipts. Donations are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
